The Person Behind PNY

Practical work with a personal approach

I’m Jasper, the person behind PNY Property Maintenance. I mainly work on bathroom and kitchen renovations, flooring and decking, while also taking care of the smaller repair and maintenance jobs that keep a property working properly.

Before moving into property maintenance, I worked in healthcare after completing a Biomedical Science degree and an MSc in Physician Associate Studies. That experience taught me how important it is to listen, communicate clearly and make sure people feel looked after throughout the job.

Practical skills have always been part of my life. My dad was a civil engineer and has worked as a handyman for more than 20 years, passing his knowledge and problem solving approach down to me.

I lead every job myself and bring in trusted tradespeople when specialist help is needed. Whether the job is big or small, I take pride in understanding what you expect and working hard to achieve the right result.

Replaced the dated patterned floor with a neutral stone effect vinyl, carefully cut around the toilet and basin for a tidy finish.

Patio Cleaning and Regrouting

Cleaned the patio surface and renewed the joints to revive the paving and leave the area looking fresh and well maintained.

External uPVC Door Installation

Fitted a secure, weather resistant uPVC door and finished the frame neatly to protect this useful outdoor utility space.

Shower Area Renovation

Renewed the shower area with marble effect wall panels, a fresh tray and a modern glass enclosure.

Walk In Shower Conversion

Removed the old bath and created a spacious shower with modern panels, a rainfall fitting and a clear glass enclosure.

Compact Toilet Renovation

Rebuilt the boxing, added a compact basin and finished the room with coordinated wall panels and flooring.
